Tripoa privacy policy
Effective 17 October 2026 · Tripoa is provided by TELENICAL SYSTEMS LIMITED.
Information we use
When you sign in or reserve a room, we process your email address, name, phone number, identity document type and number, origin and destination addresses, optional profile photo, reservation dates and room choices. A booking may also contain a payment method or reference, a review, and a referral or discount code. We process basic device, IP address and request information to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify your sign-in, show room availability, request and manage reservations, identify guests at check-in, communicate booking and payment status, provide support, administer referral offers, and prevent misuse. Room availability and rates are read from the connected hotel's TelPOS HMS records.
Who receives it
The hotel you book with receives the guest and reservation details it needs to provide your stay and maintain its own business records. Sign-in and booking emails pass through our email delivery service. If you choose an available online payment option, the payment provider processes the details needed for that payment. We do not sell guest profiles.
Storage and retention
Tripoa keeps your account while it is active and protects identity numbers in its account database. When you delete your Tripoa account, its profile details and photo are removed and access tokens are revoked. The hotel retains booking, guest contact and payment records needed for its operations, accounting and audit obligations. Ask the hotel about its retention period or a correction to its records.
Your choices
You can update your name, phone, addresses and photo in My Profile. For a correction to a verified email address or identity number, contact hotel management. You can delete your Tripoa account from My Profile; these instructions explain what is removed and retained. For privacy questions, email support@telenicalsystems.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as Tripoa changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
