Delete your Tripoa account
In the Tripoa app, sign in, open My Profile, tap Delete Tripoa account, and confirm. On the website, sign in, open My Profile, then select Delete Tripoa account.
Deletion signs you out, revokes your Tripoa access, and removes your Tripoa profile details and optional photo. The hotels you booked with retain booking, guest contact and payment records for their operations, accounting and audit history. Deleting your Tripoa profile does not cancel a hotel reservation.
If you cannot access your account, email support@telenicalsystems.com from the address used for Tripoa. We will verify the request before handling it. For a hotel's retained booking records, contact that hotel directly.
